Hi, I'm Aiko—your Spiritual Trainer & Guide back to yourself.
I was once where you were, too. Seeking, curious, trying every little thing for SOMEthing to help me shift into the version of myself I knew I was meant to be. From being bullied as a gifted/sensitive kid to saying goodbye in the physical to my mom from cancer as a teenager, I've had my share of initiations in the spiritual and physical realms. Through years of formal doctorate-level education, trainings all over the globe, deep periods of integrations, and a sky full of world-class mentors, I have combined these lived in and heavily studied methods to transform your current neurophysiology into something that works better for you.
I hold my doctorate in optometry, have been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 10 years, and continue to train in neuroscience, visual performance, nutrition, preventative medicine, energy forms, quantum biology - you name it. I help alchemize your soul's desires and let your spirit lead you on the path that is truly for you - without the blockages and projections of others or your upbringing continuing to hold you back.
Most of my innate wisdom comes from my mixed Shinto Japanese and Ashkenazy heritage, but I have been lucky to learn from many others, including beautiful teachings from an uninterrupted Vedic lineage and Tibetan yogic teachings, our Kupuna and Kumu in Hawai'i nei, and the rest of my family across the globe. Together, we'll honor the sacrifices of our ancestors together and tap into their insights while holding onto your highest vision for the world we are bridging in.
