Hi, I'm Aiko—your Spiritual Trainer & Guide back to yourself. 

Between fighting off bullies as a gifted & sensitive mixed kid in Los Angeles to losing my mom in the physical realm to cancer fresh out of high school, I've had my fair share of initiations in the spiritual and emotional realms. Through years of formal doctorate-level education, trainings all over the globe, integrations, and a handful of world-class mentors, I have combined methods to transform your current neurophysiology into something that works better for you.
